This 8-week Zen Meditation and Mindfulness Course is aimed to people with some or no experience at all. It is an in-depth course which covers a number of areas; ranging from chronic pain to depression, stress and high function. Also, different forms of meditation are taught, audio-visual materials to work at home is provided, and tutelage given throughout the 8 weeks.
Rooted in the Japanese Rinzai Zen tradition, fostering awareness, inner balance and strength. Designed to walk you through the basis of the 2500-years-old tradition of simplicity and joy. Modern research on the areas of appliance will be discussed and linked to the practices themselves.
